Salespider.com Live Event Monthly Participation Contest

HOW TO ENTER

Each Live Event you attend and participate in¹, while the contest is ongoing, will automatically enter you into the monthly draw.

Only one Sales Spider account may be used by any one person to participate in the Contest.

Should it be discovered, in the ordinary course of running the Contest, that an individual has attempted to utilize multiple accounts to improve their chances of winning, all of that individual's entries shall be disqualified.

The use of computer/software programs to automatically generate entries will also result in an immediate disqualification of the Member from the Contest.

CONTEST CLOSING DATE

Entries will be collected until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the month.

MONTHLY PRIZE

The selected winner will receive a prize of a USB Flash Drive. The monthly prize may not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. At its election, Salespider.com reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater retail value.

MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW

A random draw will take place on the first business day of every month, the winner being selected from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

The selected Member from each draw date will be notified by email at the email address indicated on their Salespider.com profile. In the event that a selected Member is not eligible or cannot be contacted within five (5) days of selection, such Member will be disqualified and another name will be drawn, and Salespider.com shall be released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

In order to be declared the winner of a Monthly Prize, a selected Member will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid, and sign the Official Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Official Contest Rules, acceptance of a Monthly Prize as awarded and releasing Salespider.com from all liability.

Prize packages will be sent to each confirmed winner's home via courier. The odds of being selected in a monthly Contest draw depend upon the total number of eligible entries generated by attendance and participation in Salespider.com Live Events.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all Salespider.com members who are residents of Canada or the United States, and who have reached the age of majority in their province/state of residence by November 1st, 2007, excluding: employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and the members of the households of such employees, representatives and agents.

By automatically entering the Contest, Members agree to abide by the Contest rules and all results of the random draw, which shall be final and binding on all Members in all matters relating to this Contest. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial/state and municipals laws and regulations.

CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By automatically entering this Contest, Members consent to the use of their name, city of residence, image on videotape and/or photograph in any publicity/promotion and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by Salespider.com or their promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, in perpetuity, without any payment or compensation. The declared Monthly Prize winners shall each sign a waiver and release to this effect.

PRIVACY

By attending and participating in a Live Event, thereby entering this Contest electronically, Members consent and agree to Salespider.com's collection, use, and disclosure of Member's personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest, including contacting a Member in relation to the Contest and disclosing a list of winners. Salespider.com will not use a Member's personal information for any other reason, nor will Salespider.com otherwise disclose a Member's personal information to any third party. See Salespider.com's on-line Privacy Policy for information on how personal information received is handled in general.

Any questions regarding the Privacy Policy and/or treatment of a Member's personal information should be directed via e-mail to support@salespider.com. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• All Contest entries become the property of Salespider.com.
• By participating in this Contest, Members acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements.
• Participating Members release and hold harmless Salespider.com, their parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertising, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the Member or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the Member's participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the Member of the Monthly Prize awarded.
• Salespider.com is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of registration or entry information which may affect a Member's ability to participate in the Contest, including but not limited to, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed/corrupted data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, any inability to access the site, or damage to a user's system occasioned by participating in the Contest, and entries which fail to fully comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry is deemed made by the authorized holder of the Membership ("Member") subscription and their e-mail address on record at the time of entry.
• No responsibility will be taken by Salespider.com for lost, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries, or computer system failure.
• No responsibility will be taken by Salespider.com for any failure of the Contest web site during the Contest or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by Salespider.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a Member's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any material relating to, the Contest.
• Salespider.com reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest without notice should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Salespider.com corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Salespider.com reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
• Entries are subject to verification by Salespider.com staff.
• This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial/State and Municipal laws.

Salespider.com reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this Contest any time, for any reason, without any prior notice.

• Attendance for a minimum duration of 15 minutes.
• Engagement of the host in on-topic discussion at least once
